Job Description

As a Technical Product Manager at HyGear, you'll play a key role in the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, ensuring our products meet customer needs and align with company goals. This role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives;
  • Create and manage product roadmaps to guide development and enhancements;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape;
  • Analyze customer needs to inform product development;
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to launch new products;
  • Define product specifications and features based on market demand and technical feasibility;
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life;
  • Oversee product documentation, certification, compliance, maintenance, and service aspects;
  • Work with sales, marketing, engineering, and service for effective product launches and ongoing support;
  • Gather stakeholder feedback for product development;
  • Develop and manage product budgets for cost-effectiveness and profitability;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to product success;
  • Manage and execute relevant projects within the operations team.

Job requirements

  • Experience in technical product management;
